- If Free Issue, we need to know the format of the material i.e. taped 'n' reeled, tubes, loose etc
- Assembly Drawing(s)
- Clean vs. No Clean
- Any Manufacturing and Test Specifications
- Quality Standards Required
- Functional Test Equipment Availability
- Sample (if possible)
- Volume Requirements
- Date the quotation needs to be submitted
